I partner with organisations to design and deliver inclusive strategies, engagement programmes and impact frameworks. My work spans DEI consultancy, Theory of Change development, impact reporting and evaluation design, alongside facilitation of co-creation processes that centre lived experience and community voice.

From programme design through to stakeholder engagement and organisational development, I support teams to move beyond performative approaches and embed meaningful, systemic change.

With 15 years’ experience and an MA in Arts & Cultural Management from King’s College London, I’ve delivered impactful programmes and strategies for Tate, Somerset House, Creative Access, A New Direction, LIFT and The Mayor's Fund for London.

I’m a fellow of The School for Social Entrepreneurs and an alumna of the UpRising Leadership and Clore Emerging Leaders programmes.
