I partner with organisations to design inclusive strategies, deliver high-impact engagement programmes, and strengthen leadership through equity-focused coaching. From DEI consultancy to co-created projects, my work supports organisations to move beyond performative gestures and embed lasting, systemic change.

With nearly 15 years’ experience and an MA in Arts & Cultural Management from King’s College London, I’ve delivered impactful programmes for Tate, Somerset House, Creative Access, A New Direction, LIFT, and Good Growth Hub.

I’m a proud fellow of The School for Social Entrepreneurs, and an alumna of the UpRising Leadership and Clore Emerging Leaders Programmes.
